    Yes, all agent positions at Blackhorne require an active real estate license. However, if you're not licensed yet, we can guide you through the process and connect you with trusted education partners to help you get started.

  • What kind of agents are you currently hiring?

    We’re currently hiring for two main agent roles:


    Acquisitions Agents: Work with sellers and find investment properties for our investor clients.


    Sales Agents: Work with investor buyers to match them with off-market and listed properties.


    We’re also welcoming experienced Listing Agents looking to partner with us on high-volume listing opportunities.


  • What kind of training do you offer?

    Agents at Blackhorne have access to hands-on mentorship, Blackhorne University (our in-house training platform), and weekly sessions led by experienced managers and top producers. Whether you're new or experienced, you'll continue learning and sharpening your skills.

  • What does a typical day look like for a Blackhorne agent?

    While every day can look a little different depending on your role—one thing is consistent: our agents stay active and in the deal flow.


    At Blackhorne, agents aren’t stuck cold calling for hours or waiting around for something to happen. Whether you’re on the acquisitions side or the sales side, you’ll be in the middle of real opportunities, handling live leads and actively working deals.


    Here’s a snapshot of what a typical day might look like:


    Reviewing new leads sent in from our internal marketing systems


    Running comps and evaluating deals (ARV, renovation scope, exit strategy)


    Calling sellers or investors to set appointments


    Attending property walk-throughs or virtual showings


    Writing offers and negotiating terms


    Working with your GM or team lead to strategize and close


    Following up with clients or buyers to push deals forward


    Collaborating with our in-house coordinator for title, paperwork, or MLS prep

    Yes. We have a strong in-house marketing system and acquisition pipeline that consistently generates qualified leads for both sellers and buyers. Our agents benefit from steady deal flow and lead opportunities across multiple verticals.

  • Is there room for growth at Blackhorne?

    Yes—and not just long-term growth, but fast-track opportunities.


    Because Blackhorne is in a high-growth, startup phase, there’s significantly more room for ambitious agents to advance quickly. We believe in providing real opportunity without charging agents just to be here. —100% commission-based, no monthly overhead.
